Origin: Thailand

Name: 128 years of Por Than Kling

**Por Than Kling was a worshipful monk of the South and a past abbot of Wat Thaloongthong in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. He was born in CE 1886. He got ordained as a Buddhist novice in CE 1892 and as a monk in CE 1904. He passed away in CE 1990 at age 104.

Year: BE 2557 (CE 2014)

Size: 1.5 x 1.8 cm each

Purpose: Wat Thaloongthong presents this collection to memorialize Por Than Kling (a past abbot) and take proceeds to building the necessary buildings in the temple.

Consecration: More than 7 southern guru monks will join the grand blessing ceremony on 10 June 2014.
