About LP Thongphun:
Luang Pu Thongphun Sirigamo abbot of Wat Pa Samakkee Upatham (Phu Kra-Tae), Bueng Kan Province peacefully passed away on 12 May BE2558 (CE 2015) at age 83 and 63 years in monkhood.

Before LP Thongphun was admitted at Bueng Kan Hospital and LP wanted to stay at Wat Pa Samakkee Upatham and donated his shelter to build as the museum.

LP Thongphun was a good monk. He was a disciple of LP Seeho Khemago, LP Fan Arjaro and LP Juan Kulachetaro. LP Thongphun was born on 24 March BE2475 (CE1932) in Sakon Nakhon Province.
