- The front side depicts LP Dam, Phra Sangkajai (Happy Buddha) on the left, Phra Sivali (Fortune-Fetching Monk) on the right and Phra Maha Jakkapat (Emperor Buddha) on the top surrounded by Yants.
- The backside depicts Guan Yin (Goddess of Mercy) with one dragon on the left and the right, surrounded by Yants and attached with Jiwon (LP Dam's robe) and his hairs.
