- Bia Gae is a longtime Thai amulet. ‘Bia’ means ox rie shell and ‘Gae’ means ‘to solve’. Its power can prevent bad luck and help us from black magic, spirits and bad invisible things. Moreover, old people believe wearing Bia Gae on neck when traveling in the forest will be safe from wild spirits, flu and dangerous animals such as snakes.
