Phra Sangkajai, Buddha of Wealth-Luck-Happiness-Wits-Charisma:
Phra Sangkajai is an enlightened disciple of Buddha. Phra Sangkajai has got bright skin and intelligence. People often misunderstand that he is a Buddha. He was considerate of Buddha, thus he made him fat. Phra Sangkajai has a kind heart, always smiling, whoever worships will be happy and good trading. Furthermore, his good appearance and best wits become the belief that whoever worships Phra Sangkajai will be admired among people and successful in study.
About a Dragon Turtle:
In ancient China, imaginary and real animals were looked to for their energetic qualities and various characteristics. These animals were depicted in the arts and other decorations for their beauty and revered for their symbolic power and meaning. One of these is the mythical dragon turtle, which is a combination of the dragon and the turtle.
The dragon turtle has a dragon head on a turtle body, and is often displayed sitting on a bed of coins or gold ingots. Similar to the money frog, this animal can be found with a Chinese coin in its mouth as a symbol of prosperity. Sometimes you can find the dragon turtle with a baby turtle(s), which enhances the attributes of fruition, any sort of successful offspring, and long-term wealth for your family and children. The dragon turtle is said to invite wealth and success.
