This is an auspicious occasion to worship beautiful holy Buddha image “Phra Phutthametta” in order to raise money for Mentally Retarded Welfare Foundation of Thailand. Power of Buddha will bring every worshiper all good blessings.

This Buddha sculpture will be blessed on Sunday 11 September 2016 at Wat Rachathiwat, Bangkok.

About Temple:
Wat Rachathiwat is an important temple in Bangkok, located in Dusit district, near Wasukri Pier, Samsen Rd. Built in 2310 BE (1767 CE), late Ayutthaya era, former name Wat Samor Rai that Somdet Phrabowonjow Mahasurasihanat re-announced in Rattanakosin era, being continuously restored from King Rama 1 to King Rama 3. Renamed “Wat Rachathiwat” in King Rama 4. This temple has beautiful Phra Ubosot (chapel) with mural drafted by Jowfa Komphraya Narissaranuwattiwong and painted by C. Rigoli, an Italian artist using Fresco technique. There is also the elegant main Buddha image “Phra Phutthapannee”.

1. a worshiping sculpture, small and medium added 20 $ per item
2. a worshiping sculpture, big (9 inches up) added 25 $ per item

Management cost consists of:
1. the permit and documents
2. photo of worshiping sculpture
3. transportation cost (from office to Department of Fine Arts)

The management from asking the permit until sending a sculpture takes 5-7 business days.
