About the Guru Monk:
Luang Por Phiw is an abbot of Wat Pradu Songtham, Ayutthaya Province who is respectable and solitary. In spite of age 92 (now 2015 CE), Luang Por is not much known because he does not like to appear in the news, but loves to live simply at the temple. Actually, he is interesting because Luang Por looks younger and stronger than other monks at the same age as well as Luang Por has good meditation and mantra knowledge. It can be said that Luang Por Phiw is a holy monk who does not display himself.
Luang Por Phiw was born in Ayutthaya Province on September 1st, 2466 BE (1923 CE) and got ordained as a Buddhist monk at age 25 on July 25th, 2491 BE (1948 CE).
