LP Sor was born on Monday 3 March 2472 BE (1929 CE) in Surin Province. When he was young, he was a good child. His parents planted him to keep five Buddhist precepts or basic rules of a Buddhist. Here are 5 rules.
1. Do not kill humans and animals.

Then his parents took him to a monk to learn reading and writing. At the age of 19, LP Sor got ordained as a Buddhist novice and at the age of 20 he became a monk. After ordination, LP Sor felt interested in mantra, so he went to several magical experts both monks and laymen to learn it. Soon, LP Sor all understood.
