Guru Monk Introduction:
LP Por Than Tood (born around 1955 A.D.) is a sacred senior guru monk in Songkhla Province, the South of Thailand. He is a disciple of many experienced masters. Por Than Tood is an unambitious monk. He lives simply. He does not want anything other than calmness. Por Than Tood likes to stay in the woods and cemeteries. He is merciful to creatures. People told that those days, when Por Than stayed in the woods, after he went to get food in the morning, he usually shared some food to animals there, so there were many animals and one of them was a python. One day, someone shot that python. When Por Than Tood knew, he said that the doer had gone crazy. Soon, a sniper really went insane. Therefore, people believe that what Por Than Tood says will come true. Although PhraThan Tood gets older, he still walks to get food from Buddhists in the morning every day.
