Purpose of making: LP Ngern made this Phra Buddha Chinnarat to give people who work to build the Uposatha hall of Wat Don Yai Hom.
LP Ngern decided to make Phra Buddha Chinnarat because he was impressed when he paid respect to Phra Buddha Chinnarat during pilgrimage at the early age of monkhood.
Ceremony: LP Ngern strongly blessed for long time with mantra and meditation.

Wat Yai or formally called Wat PhraSriRattanaMahathat Woramahavihan, Phitsanulok Province is famous throughout Thailand for this gold cast Phra Buddha Chinnarat, also known as “Victory Buddha” to the Thais.

Notice: The shape of this Phra Buddha Chinnarat is triangle. The front, Buddha is sitting legs crossed on the lotus base surrounded by drops alining as the arch of Phra Buddha Chinnarat and the clear-cut Buddha’s face, hairline and robe.
Particularly, the Buddha’s hands on the lap looks like the carb claws, so people call “Kampu”.
The backside has Yant “Mi”, “Na”,“Na” under Yant “Unalom” which are the powerful letters.
Besides, the neck of the Buddha has 2 lines (also called “popular block”) that is the signature of early age Phra Buddha Chinnarat by LP Ngern.
The Biography of LP Ngern:
Luang Pho Ngern was born BE2433 (CE1890) in Nakhon Pathom Province. In 1910, LP was ordained as a monk with LP Huay who was abbot of Wat Don Yai Hom, Nakhon Pathom Province. “JaNaSaWaNaNo” has been the Buddhist name of him but people called him LP “Ngern”. Only 3 month LP Ngern could remember all recite parts of the Buddhist scripture. One year later, LP has knowledge of Vish (Peng Ga Sin) it is one of the ten objects for Buddhist meditation and introspection from his father who knowledge of Visha and magic. LP intended to learn until succeed subject according to his father teaches to give him. LP has been an expert of concentration of mindfulness in Buddhism way. After 5 years LP went or “Tudong” alone to north of Thailand for building up good/ Karmic by 6 month.
After that LP came to Wat Don Yai Hom. LP has been developed the temple and help an abbot of this temple. Until an abbot passed away, people invited LP Ngern to become abbot of Wat Don Yai Hom. LP was one of the famous guru monks who have been created many famous amulets collectors. LP has deep knowledge of Visha and is highly respected in Thailand. His amulet is very famous in protection and wealth.
LP Ngern was passed away in BE2520(CE1977).

For many cases, people who had LP Ngern amulets were found safe in the fatal accidents. One example, revealed on 23 March 2014, a police officer driving a pickup truck had a big crash with the electricity pole on Photharam-Ban Pong Rd., Ratchaburi Province.
