From : Wat Phra That Cho Hae in Phrae PProvince

Origin : Thailand

Purpose : Require donation of money for developing Thai temple.

Size : 25.5 cms x 19 cms (10 inches x 7.5 inches)

Wat Phra That Cho Hae is a major religious site of Phrae PProvince, it was built since the time of Sukhothai. The 33 metre-tall Chiang Saen-style Chedi houses a Holy Relic. It was built of bricks and covered with bright brass sheets. The name of the temple refers to fine silk woven in Sip Song Panna (in southern China) which was first used to wrap around the Chedi when the temple was first constructed. There is a fair celebrating the Chedi in March every year.


This amulet set comprises of many auspicious thing.

- Chang (Elephant) :

Thai ancestor believes that Chang (elephant) is a respectable animal of Thailand. Many Thais believe that Chang is an auspicious animal. It can bring lucky. Moreover, it is a long life and immensely strength animal.

Yor means flatter. “Yor” in North Country language means remembrance. When we show auspicious thing in our shop, we want people can remember our shop. And come back our shop again.


- Net : People believe that net can trap money.


- Glass Ball (Look Gaew) : shows anything that you want, you can get it.


- Thoong Ngern Thoong Thong : (Gold and silver bag) shows wealth. There are many things inside this bag such as 1) paddy beckon money 2) green bean means richness and prosperity.


- Nam Tao (Bottle gourd) : can absorb money and wealth.

All of auspicious thing called that Chang Yok Yor Ngern Thong.
