Luang Pho NooIn of Wat PahPutTaMongKong, Kalasin Province was born in 18 January 1936. Now he is 70 year old. He has been an expert of concentration of mindfulness in Buddhism way. LP learnt from Phra Ajarn Si Ton who is a top guru monk of Meditation as well as studied magic from LP Paang and Phra Ajarn Dum. LP NooIn went also called "Tudong" in the deep jungle alone. "Tudong" is monk's journey to gain knowledge to build up good Karmic and to know the teaching of Buddha. LP NooIn is very famous guru monk from Southeast of Thailand. Amulets of LP NooIn are well-known among amulet collectors.
The place built this temple was a cemetery in the past. LP NooIn moved to this temple to help LP SomBoon who was abbot of this temple at that time. LP NooIn has been developed the temple until an abbot of PahPutTaMongKong passed away. Then, people invited LP NooIn to become abbot of PahPutTaMongKong.
Phra Rahuis a mythological monster who is supposed to cause eclipses by taking the moon or the sun in his mouth. He is a kind of giant in Thai myth. The legend is that Pra-Rahuwas an immortal giant because he drank some holy nectar.
LP NooIn created this amulet for worship Phra Rahoo. He believe that, person who worship or wear Phra Rahucould be changed his/her fate from desperate life to success, will get luck and wealth by his power.
This amulet made from 108 “Ga Ji” Wan and blessed properly in big ceremony on 14 May 2005. All of materials are known as magical thing that has super power of securing good fortune in luck.
On the back presents Phra Naak Prok image on the middle and surround with 12 Zodiacal sign. Also, there is a silver TaKrut on the back.
“Phra Naak Prok” image shows the Lord Buddha seated in meditation on the coiled body of the naga Muchalinda that uses its head as a cover against rain. This pose refers to a scene during the sixth week after Siddhartha's Enlightenment, when the naga king protected the meditating Buddha against heavy rainfall by making a shelter with his multi-headed hood and lifted him above the flood waters by coiling its body under him.
