Ashoka was the great king of South Asia. King Ashoka had faith in Buddha and Buddhism very much. He was the head of big project of sorting up Buddhist scriptures. He built many temples in his kingdom and propagated dharma of Buddha widely throughout his kingdom too.

With strong faith in Buddha, he built the pillar and named it “Pillar of Ashoka” to honor Buddha and mean that Buddhism is strong and will be very prosperous in the future. This pillar does not have Buddha image because King Ashoka had never seen Buddha.

**Feature: The Pillar of Ashoka looks great and beautiful. The top has four lions facing to the front that means Buddhism will spread every direction. Next part has Wheels of Karmic that mean the cycle of existence and each wheel has 32 cogs that mean 32 qualities of Buddha. Close to each wheel, there are animals: elephant, horse, ox and lion that mean lives in the world. Next part has a shape like lotus-petal s.

**Power: In fact, Pillar of Ashoka is great sacred architecture. This is a model of it that you can place in your house or on the desk for good luck, success and prosperity to your work and life.
