Amulets for Superpower, Ascendancy, and Influence
In Thai culture, amulets have been a significant part of daily life for centuries. Despite the rapid changes and advancements in society, the belief in amulets has endured, evolving and adapting to modern times. The notion of amulets is deeply rooted in Thai people's spiritual beliefs, and their significance is not limited to mere superstition. In fact, many Thais believe that these talismans possess superpower-like abilities that can bring them protection, good fortune, and even invincibility.

100% Authentic from the Temple

Name: Phra Pidta Maha Lap Jaturapittaponchai Ceremony blessed by LP Guay

From: Wat Khao Yai, Suphanburi Province

Origin: Thailand

Year: 2518 BE (1975 CE)

Material:holy powder

Power: A chubby monk covering his eyes with his hands is called "Phra Pidta" and is a symbol of wealth in Thai beliefs. The inspiration of making Phra Pidta comes from "Phra Kawampati" or "Phra Sangkajai", who was an enlightened disciple of Buddha. The image of Phra Kawampati is so much like Buddha that he transformed himself into a chubby monk so that people would not mistake him for Buddha and this became the signature of Phra Kawampati or Phra Sangkajai. Phra Pidta looks like Phra Sangkajai, but in a different pose; placing hands over eyes, suggesting an attempt to gain inner peace by stopping looking. Phra Pidta is known as the god of wealth. People who worship Phra Pidta will be successful in wealth and business.

Feature: Phra Pidta Maha Lap Chaturapitphonchai made from magic powder and various Buddhist powders. On the front is the Buddha image sitting cross-legged, and on the back there are the amulet characters of Luang Por Du of Wat Sakae.

Purpose: The reason for the construction arose from the fact that Mr. Rian Numdee, former commander of the Central Prison, Ayutthaya Province, had faith in building Chaturapitphonchai Temple. at Khao Yai Temple Ajarn Derm Bang Nang Buat, Suphan Buri Province, therefore asked for mercy and advice from Luang Pu Du of Wat Sakae, who Luang Pu accepted as the business of designing the amulet for him. as well as consecrated alone for a full month (later this version of Phra Pidta was found some in Luang Pu's room after his death) after that, Luang Por Du Than took this set of Buddha amulets to enter the Buddhist coronation ceremony along with the Chaturaphit Phonchai coins of 9 monks at Wat Rattanachai, Ayutthaya Province, in 1975 again. By the monks who participated in this ceremony Luang Por Du recommended that famous monks from the time be invited to join the ceremony, including:
1 Luang Pu Si, Wat Khao Tham Bunnak
2 Luang Por Nor, Wat Klang Tha Ruea
3 Luang Por Aod, Wat Ban Chang
4 Luang Por Thira, Wat Pa Lelai
5 Luang Por Phring, Wat Bost Kong Thanu
6 Luang Por Guay, Wat Kositaram
7 Luang Por Nai, Wat Ban Chaeng
8 Luang Pu Toh, Wat Pradoochimplee
9 Luang Por Pae, Wat Pikul Thong

So this model of Phra Pidta Maha Lap Chaturapitphonchai is good in terms of creation intent, content, and Buddha Phisek ceremony. From the top of the monk famous teachers who are very difficult to find or organize nowadays.
