The Brief The Biography of Luang Pu Kong
Phrakhru Kongkha Nakhon Phitak (Kong Thitipanyo) was born on Sunday, May 20, 1910, Year of the Pig, at Ban Khon Mueang, Village No. 2, Thepalai Subdistrict, Kong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. He is the son of Mr. Poon and Mrs. Yaem Thepnok, whose occupation is farming. He has 7 brothers and sisters from his father and mother. He is the first child.

Later, in 1931, when his younger sibling was old enough to take on responsibilities. Luang Pu was thus ordained to wear the Kasavapat robe. according to the needs of parents At that time, Luang Pu was 21 years old. His original intention was to become ordained as a replacement for his parents. and according to local values that all men must be ordained before entering into marriage. Luang Pu was ordained at Ban Wat Temple, Thepalai Subdistrict, Kong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, with Luang Pho Tui (Phra Khru Sil Wisutthiprot), Abbot of Wat Derm, Phimai District, at that time, as the preceptor. He received the nickname "Thitipanyo", which means one who has wisdom and determination.
After being ordained, he went to study with Father Tui. Luang Pho Tui passed on all the knowledge to Phra Phra Khong. In 1937, Luang Pho Tui advised him to study with Luang Pho Khiao. (Phrakhrup Thumyanamuni The abbot of Wat Bua Yai), the young monk, therefore served and was a layperson of Luang Por Khieo. Until being trusted to be Luang Por Khiao's secretary At Wat Bua Yai, monks probably studied knowledge. and various magical spells until becoming proficient While he was at Wat Bua Yai, he was known as a monk who could preach so well that he received invitations to preach at various events both near and far. During this time, he also had the opportunity to go on a pilgrimage to Laos and Cambodia.
In 1950, when the position of Abbot of Takro Temple became vacant, Luang Pho Khiao saw that Phra Khong Kong had administrative ability, so he encouraged him to become Abbot of Takro Temple. When the work has been assigned, he always finds time to come and pay respects to Luang Por Khieo. Until Luang Por Khiao passed away
