Phra Kru Ampawanaphiban, a sub-district ecclesiastical chief of Roi Et Province is well-known as “Luang Por Noo” who built the legend “Takrut Stops Bullets”. LP Noo is a solitary, less-speaking and skilled guru monk.
LP Noo is kind to everyone. He regularly inscribes Takrut by himself. His Takrut is widely known about such powerful protective competence that could stop bullets credibly.
