LP Lueang is respected by many people. He is a disciple of respectable senior guru monks: LP Dool and LP Fanh. LP Lueang was born on 1 May 2470 (1927 CE) in Surin Province. He got ordained as a Buddhist monk when he was 20 according to Thai culture. This year 2014, LP Lueang is 87 years old and has been a monk for 67 years.
