For Your Information

Phra Kroo (votive tablets) of Wat Khu Bon is made of clay. Most of them are raw clay (not fired), clay mixed with powder, mixed with palm leaves, made by Phra Ajarn Aod of Wat Khu Bon, a disciple of Luang Pu Thong Ayana of Wat Ratchayotha. Most of them are really ancient prints from local people. The temple asked Luang Pu Thong, Wat Ratchayotha to help bless. Then put it in a crypt to pass on Buddhism. (Same as Phra Kru Bueng Phraya Suren At Luang Pu Thong Blessed as well, and both temples are in the same area) Later, around the year 1938, during the World War era, a number of Buddha amulets were found, so they were distributed to boost the morale of villagers and those going to war. It is considered another collection of experiences from the war period and around the year 1969, when the pagoda in the area of the old temple was demolished to build a new one, the temple found a number of Phra Kroo.
