Myth about Naga
Naga is also intertwined with the history of Buddha, as seen in various legends where they play crucial roles in protecting and assisting the enlightened one. The story of Phaya Moot-cha-lin, the great Naga who provides shelter to Buddha under the Indian Oaktree, exemplifies the deep connection between Naga and Buddhism.

About King Bhumibol:

BhumibolAdulyadej (5 December 1927 – 13 October 2016), conferred with the title King Bhumibol the Great in 1987, was the ninth monarch of Thailand from the Chakri Dynasty as Rama IX. Having reigned since 9 June 1946, he was, at the time of his death, the world's longest-serving head of state and the longest-reigning monarch in Thai history, serving for 70 years, 126 days.

King Bhumibol was the most hard-working king ever in the world. He worked every day all his reign shown by his more than 4,000 projects for better life of Thai people in many aspects such as farming, water, soil, forests, cattle, education, science and technology, etc. , and also led “Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy”.

The king was more than the king. No any words can describe his virtues. We all Thai can repose our faith to the king wholeheartedly and altogether praise him “King of King Forever”.
