Krapa Sri Wat Ban Sob Gong, a Holy Monk of Lampang Province:
This is Krapa Sri (Sri Sujitto)(born 1929 CE) of Wat Ban Sob Gong, Lampang Province, Northern Thailand. Krapa Sri is a direct disciple of Krapa Nanta of Wat Thung Man Tai (the same Province) whom people highly respect. Krapa Sri is a simple and solitary monk. He is a person whom Krapa In of Wat Fah Lang (Chiang Mai) once recommended his disciple who had serious illness to get holy water from Krapa Sri, and even Krapa Khaai of Wat Moo Perng (Lamphu n)praised Krapa Sri “A Monk Whom Ghosts Fear”. In fact, although Krapa Sri gets older, his mind power does not decrease because he always (every year) does meditation until reaching “Nirot Samabat” or the state of mind that is free from perceptions and emotions. This kind of meditation is advanced and can bring great power to blessing.
