Name: Phra Kring Somdet Pho Thong Amulet

*KRING means a metal bead in the amulet that will sound when the amulet is shaken where name of Phra Kring comes from.

From: Wat Sirindhorn Thep Rattanaram, Nakhon Pathom Province

Origin: Thailand

Size: about 4 x 2.1 cm

**Holiness: Phra Kring is a very auspicious amulet. Thai people believe Phra Kring can make the wishes of the wisher come true, bring wealth, good luck, prosperity, happiness and safety to the worshipper and also make the worshipper recover from illness or diseases.

(Gurus believe drinking holy water using Phra Kring can make illness gone. You can make holy water by yourself. First, dip Phra Kring amulet in the water. Second, chant and pray. Third, blow wind from your mouth to the water. Finally, drink the water. This water can be used to wash face or body to remove bad luck as well.)

On 28 August 2015, several famous guru monks of Thailand came to Wat Sirindhorn Thep Rattanaram, Nakhon Pathom Province for blessing ceremony as follows:
- LP Foo, Wat Bang Samak, Chachoengsao Province
- LP Pae, Wat Sawang Arom, Nakhon Pathom Province
- LP Mahasurasak, Wat Pradu, Samut Songkhram Province
- LP Chaemnarn, Wat BangGooDiThong, Pathumthani Province
- LP Wara, Wat Pho Thong, Bangkok
- LP Rak, Wat Sutthawad Vipassana, Ayutthaya Province
Moreover, on 2 December 2015, the temple gained kindness from 3 senior guru monks in blessing for a special round performing one by one. The guru monks were:
- LP Khaek, Wat SoontornPradit, Phisanulok Province
- LP Lamai, Wat Aranyik, Phisanulok Province
- Phra SriRattanamuni, Wat PhraSriRattanaMahaThat, Phisanulok Province

About Temple:
Wat Sirindhorn Thep Rattanaram is located in Nakhon Pathom Province. This temple is patronized by Princess Sirindhorn. Somdaj Phra Yannasungworn (Buddhist Supreme Patriarch of Thailand) gave a land to build the temple and Princess Sirindhorn was the head of building. This temple was built in BE 2533 (CE 1990). When it was finished, Princess Sirindhorn named the temple after her name Wat Sirindhorn Thep Rattanaram. Wat Sirindhorn Thep Rattanaram is important because it is not only the Buddhist temple, but also the school for monks and novices.
