Myth about Naga
Naga is also intertwined with the history of Buddha, as seen in various legends where they play crucial roles in protecting and assisting the enlightened one. The story of Phaya Moot-cha-lin, the great Naga who provides shelter to Buddha under the Indian Oaktree, exemplifies the deep connection between Naga and Buddhism.

Power Takrut of Wealth! :
Takrut Phaya Gai Tuean is from legendary wealth mantra of LP Suk (Suk Gai Tuean), the first abbot of Wat Ratchasit. “Gai Tuean” is a word for wild chickens. LP Suk was an important monk in Thai history who had strong mantras and meditation. LP Suk liked to raise wild chickens and he created Rooster Mantra named Katha Gai Tuean that is superb in wealth power.

No. 1 in Thailand! Prevent Fire Gourd Amulet of Wat Ratchasit (Wat Plub):
Holy Gourd which can prevent fire hazard well-known as “Namtow Kan Fai” is from legendary mantra of LP Choom (Jow Khun Sangwara), the 16th abbot of Wat Ratchasit. This mantra is kept on by the present abbot, LP Wira (Phra Kru Sitthisangwon). LP Choom found a holy gourd during pilgrimage journey or Tudong. He rested at a pavilion where the surrounding area was all damaged by fire, but wonderfully the pavilion was not. LP Choom noticed something hung under the roof of the pavilion, it was a gourd.

Ceremony: This set was blessed in hallowed ceremony in year 2007 at Wat Ratchasit, Bangkok performed by several guru monks such as
- LP Ied, Wat Phailom, Ayutthaya Province
- LP Mahasurasak, Wat Pradu, Samut Songkhram Province
- LP Huan, Wat Phutthaisawan, Ayutthaya Province
- LP Wira (Phra Kru Sitthisangwon), abbot of Wat Ratchasit, Bangkok

About Temple:
Wat Ratchasit (informally called Wat Plub) is an ancient temple in Bangkok, built in Ayutthaya period. King Rama 1 invited Luang Pu Suk (also Suk Gai Tuean, Phra Sangkarat Gai Tuean), a revered monk in early Rattanakosin era to be the first abbot. LP Suk was the teacher of King Rama 1 and also expert at mantras and introspection meditation (Vipassana Gammathan). King Rama 2 appointed LP Suk to be the 4th Supreme Buddhist Patriarch of Thailand. Moreover, Thai people believe LP Suk of Wat Ratchasit was teacher of Somdej Toh. LP Suk passed away on 29 August 2365 BE (1822 CE).
