Description: Holy Centipede Holding Marble Amulet, pioneered by LP Oun Wat Tan Kong , a famous guru monk of Phetchaburi Province. This one was blessed by LP Rung, a well-known guru monk in Prachuabkirikhan Province. LP Rung direct received the magic of centipede from LP Oun. This centipede amulet is believed to protect owner from black magic, bad powers, accidents and dangers. Also, it has power to support personal fortune living smoothly without obstacles, making a living better, doing business well, successful and moving to a higher position for government officials.
(For Your Information: Centipede is picked up to symbolize dharma of Buddha about getting rid of anger. Moreover, its antennae, legs and body refer to a number of Buddha’s teachings. A picture of centipede is usually seen on the flag in Buddhist merit-making event such as Kathin.)
About Guru Monk:
This is Luang Por Rung (Rung Piyatharo) of Tha Mai Lai Monastery, Prachuabkirikhan Province. LP Rung is a descendant who keeps on mantras from LP Oun (Wat Tan Kong , Phetchaburi Province), LP Kaew (Wat Lum Phothong, Phetchaburi Province, disciple of LP Ngern Wat Don Yai Hom, Nakhon Pathom Province) and LP Phan (Wat Pong Ga Sang, Prachuabkirikhan Province). All of them were famous guru monks in the past.
LP Rung was born on 12 July 2505 BE (1962 CE) in Phetchaburi Province, got ordained at age 20 at Wat Tan Kong , Phetchaburi Province. After ordination, LP Rung studied with LP Oun at Wat Tan Kong . LP Rung learnt mantras from LP Oun about charm (Metta Maha Niyom), occultism-exorcism, protection-invulnerability and making holy water to cure illness caused by black magic including pain in bones and muscles. LP Rung could do so well that LP Oun trusted and often assigned him to help people disturbed by spirits.
As for Tha Mai Lai Monastery, LP Rung fulfilled intention of LP Oun for building the monastery. LP Rung developed the empty land to be the real monastery. Since 1997, LP Rung has been well-known among people in Prachuabkirikhan.
These days, there are many disciples from Thai, Mon and Karen (ethnic groups of Myanmar) to Chinese. Chinese people from long distance come with faith to pay respect to LP Rung and never miss to get home sacred Takrut and holy water from him.
