Ceremony: Grand blessing ceremony took place on 2 July 2006 at Wat Khao Noi Kiriwan, Chonburi. On that day, LP Tone blessed together with 4 famous guru monks as follows:
1. LP Gliang, Wat Noensutthawas, Chonburi Province
2. LP Joi, Wat Nong Nam Khiaw, Chonburi Province
3. LP Daeng, Wat Chong Lom, Chonburi Province
4. LP Sin, Wat Lahanyai, Rayong Province
Also, sixteen monks chanted in the ceremony.
About the Guru Monk:
LP Tone or “Tone Kantasilo” was born on 2 July 1923 CE in Chonburi Province. His highest education was at primary4. He got ordained as a monk at the age of 30 on 14 June 1952 CE at Wat NernSangSaRueDaRam, Chonburi Province. He was famous for his powerful amulets and his help for people. He also had knowledge of ancient medicine especially in making holy water to combine bones. He moved to KhaoNoi in 1969 CE At that time there was no temple there, LP Tone stayed there with a cushion and an umbrella. Then people in that area saw him and admired by his good behavior. So they cooperated to build the small house for him. After that, the small house was developed and Sangha Association of Thailand officially announced there to be the temple in the name of “Wat Khao Noi Kiriwan”. LP Tone passed away on 30 April 2008 CE
