About Guru Monk:
LP Phaeo was born on the 7th October 1923. At the age of 9, he studied Thai with LP Song at Wat NgaungMuang. He got ordained as a monk at the age of 20 at Wat NgaungPlahLai. He has been an expert of concentration of mindfulness in Buddhism way. In 1954, LP Phaeo still studied at Wat Sawang Chat Pracha Bamrung. After that, LP Phaeo taught monks and novices at this temple. LP Phaeo developed the temple and helped an abbot of this temple. Until an abbot of Wat Sawang Chat Pracha Bamrung resigned from monkhood, people invited LP Phaeo to be an abbot of this temple. LP Phaeo was an abbot at this temple until 1959. Then he moved to Wat Kamphaeng Saen and studied more meditation. Since then, LP Phaeo has been an abbot of Wat Kamphaeng Saen.
Today, LP Phaeo has four temples under his patronage as follows:
1. Wat Sawang Chat Pracha Bamrung
2. Wat Kamphaeng Saen
3. Wat ChaRoenRatBamRung
4. Wat PraChaRatBamRung
