It was first created in BE2462 (CE1919) by Somdej Phra Phutthakosajarn Yannachanthamahathen (Mom Rajawong Charoen Issarangkul) the 8th abbot of Wat Rakhang after Somdej Phra Phutthajarn (Mom Jao That Seneewong).
