(Toh Promrangsee or Somdej Toh)

Dr.Suchart Kosolkitiwong or LP Ariyawanso Bhikkhu was born on 28th March 1943. He built “Kuan Yin Inter-Religious Park”, Phetchaburi Province. LP is knowledge in both holy Dharma and Visha. He passed away on 7th January 2005 at the age of 62 years old.
- 28th December 1991, the World Peace Envoy was ordained a Buddhist monk at the age of 50 with the name, “Wariyawanso Bhikkhu.” He quitted working because of his old age. His followers got a replacement for him with the help or his advices.
- 1992 after his ordination, he asked for permission from this preceptor to retreat and meditate peacefully in the forest but he was attacked and chased out by misunderstanding officials.
- 1997 advised the publishing of “A.D. 1999: The World in Disaster, BE 2542. The Ways for Survival,” warning to beware of natural disaster happening in the world and the ways for survival.
- Suggestion to construct the Four Style Standing Images of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara (Kuan Yin), the Great Budhisattva of Compassion to protect Thailand. Later, his followers asked for his advise to found Khun Yin Inter-religious Park at Petchaburi Province to protect Buddhism and world peace. So the Four Style Standing Images of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara (Kuan Yin) were erected in the said park.
- Suggestion to construct “The Five Pagodas to Protect the World” in Nan Province to deviate mecanics bodies in space, for example, comets. Asteroids or meteors moving to collide with the world.
- Suggestion to pray imploring divine prestige and divinities in the universe to save humankind to live peacefully.
- Suggestion to construct the Jade Image of the Would-be Buddha Sri Ariya-mettreya and the Great Peace Pagoda to protect the world but this project ahs been postponed
- Suggestion to organize the praying Project inHonour of His Majesty the King for the Stability of Thailand, to dedicate the merit to H.M. the King of Thailand and the royal family for a very long live, campaigning for people all over the country to pray together using mental power to halt military power for security and peace in Thailand.
- Giving advice to the Office of the World Peace Envoy to write proposing ideas to cope with world crises to the Unied Nations and leaders connected with the said event.
- Organizing the museum of twelve world religions at the Chalerm Prakiat Building (H.M. the Kin’s 72nd Anniversary Building) at the Kuan Yin Inter-religious Park for general people to study and reach the real principles of religious.
- Suggestion for prayers to balance the past action for Thailand and for the world to be peaceful many times.
- Suggestion for joining the Association of the World Citizens and founded its branch to join the work with the United Nations.
- Advice to followers and advisees about private affairs very often.
- Organized educational fund for followers’ children working in the Kuan Yin Inter-religious Park and granted fund to grade a students who lack fund in Kaeng Krachan District, Petchaburi Province.
- Distributed educational fund and rice to local people around Pu Sawan Sub-district on his birthday.

Somdej Phra Phuttajan (Toh Promrangsee or Somdej Toh) is a venerable person in Buddhism. LP Toh was born in 1776 at North of Thailand. He was as a monk at Wat Ta Krai in Pissanulok Province. During the era of King Rama V, he was an abbot of Wat Rakhang.Somdej Toh performed many miracles and dedicated his life for spreading Buddhism. He is one of top 10 guru monks of Thailand. He was the first monk who created style of Phra Somdej in Thailand and popular for his knowledge in both holy Dharma and Visha (magic). LP Toh has passed away at the age of 84 year old in 1872.

People believe that this LP Toh by LP Ariyawanso has supernatural power, can protection from enemies and evil, to induce good luck, fortune and peaceful.
