The Biography of LP Hiang:
LP Hiang was born on 29 December BE2441 (CE1898) at Chonburi Province. When LP Hinag was 10 years old, his father took LP Hiang to study with LP Seng of Wat Nongmaidang. LP Hiang was ordained as Buddhist monk when he was 23 years old at Wat Pa on 15 July BE2464 (CE1921). After ordination, LP Hiang went to study the magic with LP Dang of Wat Yai Intharam who was great monk from Cambodia. When LP Hiang was abbot of Wat Pa, he developed the temple to be well known in Thailand. By the way, the well known amulet of LP Hiang is “Phra Pidta” amulet that people believe Phra Pidta amulet has many excellent powers.
LP Hiang passed away on 27 May CE1968 while he was 70 years old.
