The Biography of LP KumPun:
LP KumPun was abbot of Wat TaatMaHaChai, Nakhon Phanom Province, is named as “Got of Loom Num Kongâ€. LP was born on 10 January 1915. LP was novice at the age 17 at Wat SiBoonRuan for studying Dhama, Thai and Cambodia. LP has been an expert of concentration of mindfulness in Buddhism way. Just after three months, LP went also call “Tudong†to Loel Province and additionlly studied of sammahdti from LP Sow who has knowledge in both holy Vish and Dhama. Until the age of 20, LP was ordained as a monk at Wat PoTiChai, Nakhon Phanom Province. After learning of Dhamma and Sammahdti from many guru monks sometime, LP KumPun went Tudong alone. He went as far as Laos and Vietnam, remaining in the jungles for many years.
LP Returned to Nakhon Phanom after a period of 20 years and taught people about Buddhism way. Until 1966 LP built Wat TaatMaHaChai and become abbot of this temple. LP has deep knowledge of Visha, is highly respected in Nakhon Phanom and Laos.
LP passed away on 24 November 2003 at the age of 88 year old.
