Luang Pho OTaiTum or Phra Kroo OTaiTum of Wat SaMeinNaRee, Bangkok was born in 26th October 1942. Now he is 62 year old. LP OTaiTum was novice at the age of 16 years old at Wat PhraSeeMaHaThat, Bangkok. He has been an expert of concentration of mindfulness in Buddhism way. He still studied at this temple. Until his age of 22 year, he was ordained at Wat SaMeinNaRee. In 1960 he graduated the highest level of Buddhist test at Wat Wat PhraSeeMaHaThat, Bangkok. He never stepped out of the temple even in the period. In 1973, he was an abbot of Wat SaMeinNaRee. When he agreed to take the position he decided that he needed to further educate himself to better serve the people and develop the monastery. LP OTaiTum is very highly respected in Bangkok.
