The legend of Phra Pim Sib Tas:
Koke Yai Hom or the villagers called “Nurn Phra” is the origin of “Phra Sib Tas of LP Ngurn, Wat Don Yai Hom” first found when LP Ngurn would build Phra U-Bo-Soth, Wat Don Yai Hom, so LP went to dig at Koke Yai Hom and then saw the ancient miracle objects in Buddhism a lot and had a thousand years such as, the large size of pier, the deer sculpture, Se Ma Thammajak (now located in Wat Don Yai Hom). Besides, it was found the 10 amulets in the same block. Later, Wat Don Yai Hom brings this block to make amulets for the people, and called that amulet, Phra Sib Tas until now.
Phra Sib Tas is classified to be the first of amulets of LP Ngurn, LP build to give to the villagers who come to build Phra U-Bo-Soth, Wat Don Yai Hom, around BE 2480. At first, LP built around 100 items for the head that come to build Phra U-Bo-Soth.
The Biography of LP Poon:
Luang Pho Poon of Wat Pailom, Nakhon Pathom Province passed away on 22 May 2005 (Visaka Bucha day) at the age of 93 year old. He studied magic from his grandfather when he was young. In addition, he was a famous boxer of Nakhon Pathom Province. He was ordained at the age of 26 at Wat PharNgarm. He has been an expert of concentration of mindfulness in Buddhism way. Also, LP Poon has been studied the art of making efficacious amulets and magic candle from LP Ngurn of Wat DaunYaiHaum, LP Prom of Wat PhraNgarm and LP Su of Wat HuayJauRaKay. He went also called “Tudong” in the deep jungle alone at North of Thailand. Tudong is monk’s journey to gain knowledge, to build up good karma and to know the teaching of Buddha. LP Poon is one of the famous guru monk who has been created many famous amulets and very popular among Thai amulets collectors. LP Poon has deep knowledge of Visha and is highly respected in Thailand.
