**This amulet represents the alms bowl of Luang Por Ban Laem, the holy Buddha image of Samut Songkhram Province. The real Luang Por Ban Laem image is in a standing posture holding a food bowl.

**This amulet was blessed by famous guru monks such as LP Mahasurasak (Wat Pradu, Samut Songkhram Province), etc. at Wat Ban Laem, Samut Songkhram Province on the propitious date.

**This Luang Por Ban Laem bowl amulet will fulfill holder on luck and windfalls.

Legend of Luang Por Ban Laem, the holy Buddha statue:
People believe that fishermen in Ban Laem (name of village) took the two Buddha statues from Mae Klong River first Buddha statue is sit posture and second Buddha is stand posture. Sitting Buddha statue was took to Wat Khao TaKhrao, PhetBuri Province that Thai people call Luang Pho Wat Khao TaKhrao. By the way, standing Buddha statue was took to Wat Ban Laem that people call Laungpho Ban Laem. First time, there was not an alms bowl of LP Ban Laem that people thought it disappeared in a sea. Therefore, Somdet Chaofa Kromphraya Phanu Phan Wong Wo Ra Det offered new alms bowl to LP Ban Laem.

History of Wat Ban Laem:
Wat Ban Laem located near Mae Klong River, Samut Songkhram Province. Wat Ban Laem or official name Wat Phet Samut Worawihan. Following an annals in BE2307 (CE1764) there were Burmese invaded in PhetBuri Province, so people in PhetBuri Province escaped to Samut Songkhram Province and built Wat Ban Laem.
