This temple was built in CE1827(BE2370) by PhraYa MaHa AmMard Pom and gave temple name that Wat KhunJan. Next, this temple was damaged. Then, his daughter namely “TaoPhanTaSarn” was reconstruct this temple and had changed temple’s name be “Wat WaRa MatTaYa PanTa SaRaRam on 31 October CE1954(BE2497). This temple was accredited by Thai government in CE1897(BE2440).
