Name: Yant Namo GunPai Medal Amulet

From: LP SuRaPot, Wat LadRaHong, Ayuthya Province.

Color: Silver

Feature: On the front of this coin has incantation surrounded by sun light. On the back of this coin has 8-wheel of the law (thammajak) with all incantation. Thammajak means beginning of Buddhism.We called that Yant Namo which have mildness symbol.

Material:Metal

Year: CE 2003 (BE 2546)

Size: 3 cm diameter.
(With Casing: 3.5 cm diameter)

Origin: Thailand

Purpose: The head abbot made amulets that require donation of money for building the U-bosoth and develop the temple.

Ceremony: This Yahn Script coin amulet created by LP SuRaPot who is abbot of Wat LadRaHong and blessed properly by many holy monks of Ayutthaya by big ceremonies on 31 May 2003 and 1 June 2003.

Power: People believe that this magic coin can protect the owner from danger and bad thing.

The History of Wat LadRaHong:
Regarding to Wat Lard Ra Hong story, LP Parn of Wat BangNomKho whet or “Tudong” pass Tambon WatYom, Amphoe BangPaIn, Ayutthya Province. People who stay in this area requested LP Parn to live and teach them about Buddhism way. At the same time, Mr. Tet, Mrs. Meuan and Mrs. ThomYa who had studied dharma practices, had given the land (30 Rai) to LP Parn for building the temple. In 1921, LP Parn and local people built the temple on this land, first call “Wat SaWan gAhRom”. Many years later, this temple was very old and damaged. Government and people renovate this temple and government renamed it to be “Wat Lard Ra Hong”.
