People who stay in this area requested LP Parn to live and teach them about Buddhism way. At the same time, Mr. Tet, Mrs. Meuan and Mrs. ThomYa who had studied dharma practices, had given the land (30 Rai) to LP Parn for building the temple. In 1921, LP Parn and local people built the temple on this land, first call “Wat SaWan gAhRom”. Many years later, this temple was very old and damaged. Government and people renovate this temple and government renamed it to be “Wat Lard Ra Hong”.
