Beginning of Hoon Payon Thep Than Jai (Magical Fulfillment Doll):
Luang Pu Kaen was requested by people to make Hoon Payon (magical human figure) because they had known the power of Hoon Payon by Luang Por Sa-nga, Wat Nong Muang who was in Kanchanaburi, the same Province as Luang Pu Kaen and also a friend of Luang Pu Kaen that they learnt from the same teacher. When Luang Por Sa-nga was alive, he made legendary Hoon Payon that many holders got the wonderful effects by themselves such as protection and good luck! Thus, they wanted Luang Pu Kaen who is a friend of Luang Por Sa-nga to carry on this magic.
Details:
- LP Kaen kindly accepted people requests. The committee made Hoon Payon after an idea of LP Kaen that he wanted his Hoon Payon to be like a well-dressed Thai doll.
- After it was already done, LP Kaen named it Hoon Payon Thep Than Jai or magical fulfillment doll.

About Guru Monk:
Luang Pu Kaen is an abbot of Wat Khuean Tha Thungna Prachasan in Kanchanaburi Province. Luang Pu is not common because he has strong mindfulness (Samathi) and knows magic and mantras very well that makes him a holy monk.
There are many disciples of Luangpu. One disciple said power of Luang Pu Kaen could help and protect him. Also, Luang Pu usually implies something good luck for people who visit him, said disciple. People who came to Luang Pu and noticed something Luang Pu said and acted won the lottery. They used clue from Luang Pu to choose which lottery would be and eventually won. A man who got a wooden Takrut from Luang Pu was not damaged by the bullet because a gun of the enemy exploded!
Another, Luang Pu knows something in advance amazingly. A columnist planned to visit Luang Pu Kaen at the temple. When he reached there, saw Luang Pu waiting for him. And when he greeted Luangpu, Luang Pu said, Have you got here? (he knew somebody would go to meet him).
With worshipers real experiences, although amulets from Luang Pu are not many, but sold out quickly.
