- Size 2.5 x 6 cm
- Consecrated at Arsom Tapakhow, shelter of Phra Ajarn Teeyai made from wild charm wood mixed with Phong Na Aok Taek (charm powder), Phong Pathamang (holy powder), Phong Yant Ngung (charm powder) which Phra Ajarn Teeyai made by himself from erasing written chalk Yant scripts, also mixed with soil from many places mentioned in a magic book: soil from 7 cemeteries, soil from 7 termite nests, soil from 7 gardens, soil from 7 fields, soil from 7 farms, soil from 7 temples, soil from 7 pagodas, soil from 7 crab holes, soil from 7 piers and charm plant powder, finally combined with holy liquids: Gae Lae Oil (Khmer charm oil) and another charm Oil.
- Phra Ajarn Teeyai mixed all ingredients and molded and took out of the mold one by one.
- He consecrated for a long period of time until all magic got in every part of this amulet.
