Somdej Phra Phuttajan (Toh Promrangsee or
Somdej Toh), Chairman of the Ecclesiastical Council who has been well-known of his practices during the reign of
King Rama IV. To pay homage to Somdej Phra Phuttajan
(Toh Promrangsee) is to pray religious verse called
"Chinna Bunchon".

Regard to making this amulet, Wat HuaTaParn in Chai Nat Province has made and blessed properly by 15 holy monks. The temple requires donation for building the big Buddha statue in this temple and educational funds for Buddhism.
