Residing in the Heavenly Fourth Maharajika ruled by four great kings: Thao Dattarattha, Virunhaka, and Virupakkha and Tao Wet Suwan (Tao Kuware) in various directions. All four directions, especially Tao Wet Suwan (Tao Kuvere) is the great ruler of the family in the north. It is said that the territory where Tao Wet Suwan is responsible for has a more enormous, spacious territory than others.
Another form of him is a deity who brings good fortune to all human beings, known as Phra Dhanabadee (the Chinese Tao Kuvera or Cai Ching Ye) all along with a lot of fortune as well.
Tao Wet Suwan is a god of treasure or god of wealth. In the book of Thephoom, it says that Tao Wet Suwan has practiced preserverence for thousands of years, receiving blessings from Shiva and Brahma to be a god of wealth and protector of Buddha including those who pracetice dharmas and meditation. Thai people put Tao Wet Suwan image in their houses or near their young children's beds to prevent bad spirits.
About LP Choei:
This is the story of a humble Luang Pu who the villagers called LP "Luang Pu Choei" of Wat Nam Om where is a forest place. Luang Pu's cubicle doesn't have a bathroom, no electricity, never sleeps with a roof. Luang Pu LP is not in trouble. No request for any order. It is above all hypothetical orders. Quiet meditation. LP does not care about the world, live in peace, not collecting money, focusing on practice leading to nirvana.
LP Choei, the god above the legendary world that still has breath. Decades ago, black and white photographs were sought after so long that LP was understood as a hermit. There is no definite history.
No one knows the origin of LP. The more the history of LP Not to mention because LP Never told anyone, it's just a rumor and saying among the villagers that Tan, walk, and pilgrimage to live here for more than 30 years.
LP came to live with no one cares. Who came to make merit, offering food or LP items? Received it and ignored it and left it like that until it rots. The items that people brought to offer were collected by villagers and piled together. After a long time, the abbot who was a disciple asked for permission to donate it to other temples or the needy villagers for benefit.
"Luang Pu Choei" (Choei = Thai: Silent) is the name that the villagers call LP according to the habits of LP that is smooth with the world I'm less for one meal if no one comes. Make offerings or make merit in the morning LP I will cook rice and boil water on the fire by myself.
LP is a monk who adheres to the discipline when accepting food from the first person offering food and whoever comes to offer food again LP doesn't accept it. When LP finishes meal, LP always goes back into the Dharma cloister without caring about anyone.
