Luang Pu Fan Arjaro was born on 20 August 1899 in Sakon Nakhon Province. Went into priesthood at the age of 20 in his hometown and then devoted himself as a follower of Luang Pu Mun Phurithatto a famous leader of Buddhist mindfulness in Thailand. During his life, LP Fan Arjaro traveled to many quiet places for mysticism and propagating dharma of Buddha. Wat Pa Udom Phon is the place where LP Fan had stayed and passed away. His peaceful decease took place on 4 January 1977 that His Majesty King Bhumibol and Her Majesty Queen Sirikit privately attended the funeral of LP Fan.
