About Guru Monk:
This is a good monk named “Luang Por Lorm” (Pali: Chayadhammo, rank name: Phra Kru Vimonchaisit), abbot of Wat Phai Ruenrom, Nakhon Pathom Province. LP Lorm has high meditation and is modest, solitary, strict with monk rules and skilful at magical science. A disciple of LP Jong, Wat NaTang Nok, Ayutthaya Province. Studied introspective meditation (Vipassana Gammatan) with LP Charoon at Tham Krabok Monastery, Saraburi Province. Continued studying mantras with Phra Ratchawanwethee, Wat Sao Thong Tong, Lopburi Province. LP Lorm is often invited to join in blessing ceremonies. With personalities; kind and humble LP Lorm are, people have faith in him at first sight and pay respect to him wholeheartedly.
Brief Biography:
LP Lorm is Bangkokian born in 1932. Graduated high school (grade 6 of secondary education) at Yothinburana School, Bangkok. Then became a soldier and out of commission at age 29. At that time, met LP Jong at Wat NaTang Nok in Ayutthaya and gave himself as a disciple. And got ordained in 1961.
Monk Ranks:
- 1977: appointed as Ecclesiastical Chief of Mueang District, Nakhon Pathom Province
- Since 1978: has become an abbot of Wat Phai Ruenrom, Nakhon Pathom Province
- 1983: received royal letter of appointment to use name “Phra Kru Vimonchaiyasit”
