About LP Buntham (Wat Samakkiyaram, Pathum Thani Province):
Phra Kru Thammaworayan or familiarly known as Luang Pu Buntham is an abbot of Wat Samakkiyaram in Pathum Thani Province whom people admire and respect.
He was born on 9 January 1922 in Sam Kok District, Pathum Thani Province. His family worked as a trader, moved from Mottama Town, Myanmar and settled in Pathum Thani Province, Thailand. In childhood, LP Buntham accompanied his parents trading on the boat to Thailand that made him familiar with Wat Samakkiyaram a Buddhist temple.
At the age of 18, he got ordained as a Buddhist novice. Studied Pali and monk discipline at Wat Samakkiyaram until passed the 3 levels of Buddhist examination (beginning-intermediate-advanced). Then fully became a monk at the age of 20 and has stayed at Wat Samakkiyaram until now.
LP Buntham had a chance to learn magical science from famous guru monks. Received knowledge of Mon magic and Gammathan (meditation) by LP Ngam a former abbot of Wat Samakkiyaram and LP Ngui a Mon monk, Wat Bang Khan Mak, Lopburi Province.
LP Buntham can make Takrut TriSingHe Mon (Goy Soy How) that is magically outstanding and well know how to install Buddha’s grace power in amulets.
LP Buntham is well-behaved, modest and acts to everybody evenly. Moreover, he preaches people and supports education for novices, monks and students lacking chance to study.
