LP Jong, Wat NaTang Nok, Ayutthaya Province:
Luangpho Jong, a former abbot of Wat NaTang Nok, Ayutthaya was widely worshipped by Thai Buddhists. He was a superb guru monk in Thai history. His famous amulets are Nang Kwak (lady amulet) and Pla TaPian (fish amulet) which brings wealth to the owner. LP Jong was born in March B.E. 2415 (C.E. 1872) in the reign of King Rama the Fifth. His hometown was Ayutthaya Province. He got ordained when he was 21. He passed away on the 17th February B.E. 2508 (C.E. 1965) at age 91 and 71 years in monkhood.
His holiness embedded in amulets he blessed. Those really helped and protected the worshipers like in Indochina War 1940 C.E. and World War Two 1945 C.E. that many Thai soldiers who had talismans (Takrut Tone, 16 series Takrut and red Lion (Ratchasi) Yant clothes) from LP Jong could survive from bombs and guns. So LP Jong became very famous. Not only extreme protection power, LP Jong also released amulet for wealth well-known as Pla Tapien or fish amulet.
