LP Thuad, Timeless Monk of Great Protection
Luang Pu Thuad (1582-1682 CE) is a revered Buddhist monk in Thailand. He is said to have performed miracles. LP Thuad is mentioned in the early regional history of Southern Thailand, but his life is mainly preserved in oral. His journey throughout the Southern peninsula constitutes a path of pilgrimage for many of his followers.
LP Tim Dharmataro, abbot of Wat Chang Hai, Pattani Province was the pioneer creator of LP Thuad amulets. Old sacred amulets of LP Thuad are considered priceless and very powerful.
Many people praise LP Thuad amulets as great as Buddha amulets. It's believed that LP Thuad amulet created by no matter where temples are, if worshiper has true faith in LP Thuad, there will be miracle the same. People in amulet circle say "whoever hangs or whatever car has LP Thuad amulet no matter new or old or temple, they will not die in violence."

About LP Wara:
Luang Por Wara is an abbot of Wat Po Thong in Bangkok. He is a good monk. A lot of people admire and respect him very much. He has strong mind power because he does meditation intensively. Having strong mind power, he can know the story of his own previous life. He also uses his special ability for helping people. He predicts people fortune accurately. When people ask for that, he does without any fee. LP Wara is the main person of developing Wat Po Thong. He makes powerful amulets for people to worship and use all money from that to develop and restore Wat Po Thong.
The life of LP Wara is uncommon. He was born on the 7th December 1961 in Bangkok. He lived in Muslim family. His father is a Muslim but his mother is a Buddhist. However, LP Wara must be a Muslim like his father. In 1971, at the age of 10, LP Wara had a serious illness. His parents took him to the hospital, but the doctor could not indicate what the disease of LP Wara was. LP Wara did not get well at all. He nearly died. The doctor tried to save his life by using defibrillator. At that time, LP Wara was unconscious. He dreamt of a radius monk. A radius monk told LP Wara that his name was PayaMajurin Nagaraj. He told more he did karma with LP Wara many lives and the way to make LP Wara survive was being in Buddhism. In LP Wara dream, he said to the monk that he would follow Buddhism. Wonderfully, LP Wara was conscious while the doctor was shocking his heart. Then he came back home. He told his mother everything except his father because he realized that his father would not believe him.
LP Wara kept dreaming of that monk, Phaya Majurin Nagaraj many years. Phaya Majurin Nagaraj taught LP Wara dharma of Buddha. LP Wara gradually absorbed dharma and follow it. Then he found dharma good and advantageous. In 1981, LP Wara dreamt of Phaya Majurin Nagaraj again, Phaya Majurin Nagaraj told him to get ordained as a monk or his father would die. However, LP Wara did not do that because he was afraid that his father would not allow. In the same year, his father died of heart attack. Four years later, LP Wara decided to get ordained. He got ordained on the 6th July 1985 at Wat Po Thong, Bangkok.
The Biography of LP Thuad:
Luang Pu Thuad was born 1582 in Songkla Province (Southern Thailand). At the age of 20, he was ordained as a monk with Phra Kru Kadurm. “Ramo Tamamikho” has been the Buddhist name of him but people called him “Jowsamiramo” or “Jowsamiram”. LP has been one of top 10 guru monks of Thailand. One in important event, he wanted to further his studies of Buddhist scriptures in Ayuddhaya (old capital of Thailand). Once Three days after sailing off the open sea, suddenly storm and rough sea starts to rock the boat. The boat had to be anchored till the sea becomes calm before proceeding with their journey again. LP Thuad rose and others look on, he dipped his foot into the sea to draw a circle. Then he told the sailor to fetch fresh drinking water from the sea from where he’d circled with his feet. The sailor then perform what was told and tasted the water himself, after satisfying his doubts and found to be drinkable like normal fresh water. The other important events that indicate intelligence of LP Thuad is the King of Sri Lanka, eyeing the growing wealth and power of the kingdom of Thailand, sent seven monks to Ayuddhaya Province to test the achievements of the monks in Thailand. They brought with them 12 bowls containing 84,000 words. These words were to be arranged into a certain sutra within seven days if the entire requested are met and finished in time, the King of Sri Lanka would then give all of the treasures transported in seven boats to the King of Siam as prize. Otherwise the King of Siam will have to pay to the king of Sri Lanka he failed. The King then summoned those learned monks and persons within the capital city an Ayuddhaya, no one could meet with this challenge. Six days of anxiety of the King had passed. At last it was known that a young Bhikkhu named PU or Samiramo with great abilities, and was summoned to translate all of the golden alphabets into the Buddhist Scriptures to the correct order. The young monk went to the assembly, paying his respect to Maha Sangha and King, then encountered with seven Brahmins from Sri Lanka. LP Thuad started to rearrange the golden seeds into the Dhamma according to Buddhist texts with no difficulties. The 84,000 units of the golden seeds were all used up.
