About Wat Boworn:
Wat Boworn or full name Wat Bowornniwet Vihara Rajaworavihara is a major temple in Phra Nakhon District, Bangkok, Thailand. The temple is a center of the Thammayut Nikaya school of Thai Theravada Buddhism and has been a major temple of patronage of Chakri dynasty.
Wat Boworn is located near the Wan Chart Bridge and Banglamphoo Market. Prince Mahasakdipolsep, vice-king of the Third Reign, ordered the construction of this temple along with Wat Rangsisuthawas and it was built between C.E. 1824 to1832.
Wat Boworn is the residence of members of the royal family who enter the monkhood. It has been the residence of many the supreme patriarchs of the Buddhist Church in Thailand, and it is the site of Mahamakut Rajavittayalai, Thailand's first Buddhist institution of the high education.

Biography of Somdej Phra Yannasangworn:
Somdej Phra Yannasangworn was born on 3 October B.E.2456 (C.E.1913) at Kranchanaburi province. Somdej Phra Yannasangworn was ordained as Buddhist novice when he was 14 years old by LP Dee of Wat Thewa Sangkharam was preceptor. After ordination, Somdej Phra Yannasangworn studied the magic and meditation with LP Dee and went to study dharma and Pali language at Wat Bowornniwet.

Somdej Phra Yannasangworn passed away on 24 October B.E.2556 (C.E.2013) while he was 100 years old.
