Luang Por Serm is a present abbot of SaNga Ngam. He is the best disciple of LP Phiw, a famous former abbot.
Wat SaNga Ngam (in Prachinburi Province) is more than 100 years old. This temple was established in 2456 BE (1913 CE). There are several abbots and the most famous is ‘Luang Por Phiw’.
LP Phiw developed Wat SaNga Ngam in many ways. He built the first monk school at the temple and many of his students achieved the higher levels of education. Moreover, he had great magical competence that joined in big blessing ceremony many times and could cure people with bone fracture and sick animals.
