Purpose: to use the money for developing and restoring Wat Mai Amataros
Ceremony: The blessing ceremony was held on the 8th November BE 2554 (CE 2011) at Wat Mai Amataros, many guru monks participated in this event.
Power: In Buddhism, there is a sacred bowl which contains holy water called “Bath Nam Mon” like we see a monk sprinkle holy water on people for auspiciousness with a cluster of palm leaf stalks. For worship, you pour clean water into this sacred bowl and then place it on the shelf of Buddha statues or amulets. When you chant at the shelf of Buddha, the auspiciousness will come to the bowl and make the water holy. After that, you use this holy water to drink or wash your face or your head. Buddhists believe to do that will bring them auspiciousness and good health or make them recover from illness.
Feature:

3) The outside surface of the bowl has an image of Somdej Toh, an image of Phra Somdej and an image of pagoda.
History of Wat Mai Amataros:
Wat Mai Amataros is an ancient temple. This temple located at Bang Khun Prom Road, Bangkok. Wat Mai Amataros built in the end of Phra Chao Krung Thonburi King. At first, people called “Wat Wara MaTaRam”. This temple has a formally change to “Wat Mai Amataros”.
Refer to history of Phra Somdej Bang Khun Prom (Wat Mai Amatrot), at the end of Rama IV reign, Sa-Mian Tra Duang who was very rich in Bang Khun Prom area paying large amount of money to restore the temple. Next, LP Toh also built a big pagoda in this temple to keep 84000 amulets to continue Buddhism way. This big pagoda at Mai Amatrot was built in 1868 and finished in 1870.
BangKhun Prom Pagoda was restored again in year 1957 after Second World War. There are many amulet found under Groo but most were broken. Abbot of the temple kept these fragment amulets in the Abbot Guti.
In the years 1988, LP Wat who is currently abbot of Wat Mai Amatrot create Phra Somdej amults from those fragments of older amulets excavated from Wat Bang Khun Prom in 1957 and other sacred magic components including Poottakoon Powder. LP Wat has been studied the art of making efficacious Phra Somdej amulets from LP Toh’s magic book. He is popular for his knowledge in both holy Dharma and Visha.
Phra Somdej Bang Khun Prom is 2nd renowned image next to Phra Somdej Wat Ra Kung. Many people would like to worship this amulet very much. Normally price is very high and rare to find.
