Belief about Garuda (Krut):
Garuda or avian god plays role in both Hinduism and Buddhism. In Hindu belief, Garuda is a vehicle of Lord Narayana, praised as the king of all birds that has eternal power, the best wits and gratitude. Hindu people have strong faith in Garuda, when they are in distress they will say “Garuda” 3 times to bring power of Garuda into themselves so that they can get through difficult situations. In Buddhism, Garuda is known as “Krut” or “Phaya Krut”, a bird-like creature living in Himavanta forest. In Thailand, Krut is a symbol of the king who wards off hardship of citizens. Also, Krut appears as Thailand’s emblem. Whoever worships Krut will be safe from dangers, spirits and bad things and it will increase person’s ascendancy and prosperity in life.
LP Aut, Protective Takrut Master!
Luang Por Aut (also Phra Ajarn Aut), abbot of Wat SaiMai, Pathumthani Province is the guru monk of this age who is masterly in superb protective Takrut Look Puen made of a cartridge.
LP Aut was born on 30 July 2502 BE (1959 CE) in Suphanburi Province. He got ordained at Wat SaiMai, Pathumthani Province in 2534 BE (1991 CE). Before ordination, LPAut had an accident and stayed in prison for three years. After having liberty, he decided to be a monk to make up for that accident.
As a monk, he found the mantra book of LP Sook Wat Pak Klong Makham Thao (superb guru monk of Chainat Province). The book teaches how to make Takrut. He studied that book until fully understood. Then he wanted to build the temple. So, he applied his knowledge to create Takrut Look Puen from a cartridge to request donation money from people.
At first, LP Aut gave Takrut he made to his relatives. One day, 5 university students came to the temple. LP Aut kindly gave them Takrut Look Puen. When students went home, they had an accident, but a little bit injured because of Takrut Look Puen by LP Aut.
After that, Takrut Look Puen by LP Aut was popular. People wanted it very much. Today, LP Aut will give Takrut Look Puen to disciples who visit Wat SaiMai only.
