LP Nguen, Wat Bang Klan, Phichit Province is one of great guru monks in Thai history. He passed away many years ago. He was a former abbot of Wat Bang Klan in Phichit Province. His image is usually seen in many shops in Thailand because his name is auspicious. “Nguen” means “money”, so LP Nguen amulets are famous for wealth. People who do business popularly have LP Nguen amulets. They believe LP Nguen amulets can bring them more money. Moreover, Nguen amulets ever saved people from fatal accidents and are believed to protect owner from sprits and bad things too.
History of LP Nguen:
LP Nguen of Wat Bang Klan, Phichit Province was born on 16 September 2353 BE (1810 CE) in Phichit. He got ordained as a novice at age 12 at Wat ChaNaSongKram, Bangkok. Until age 21, he got ordained as a monk at Wat TongPu. After that, he moved to Wat KongKaRarm. He became an expert in concentration of mindfulness in Buddhist way. LP Nguen also alone went on a pilgrimage in the border of Thailand and Myanmar. In 1837 CE, he established the temple, Wat Bang Klan to promote Buddhism. LP Nguen succeeded in dharma and magic. He became one of great monks of Thailand. LP Nguen passed away in 2464 BE (1921 CE) at age 111.

A Taxi Driver: Nearly Death But Survive, Holiness of LP Thuad and LP Nguen Amulets!
This is a true incredible story of a taxi driver in Bangkok who survived from a terrible accident. A taxi driver believed he could survive because of his LP Thuad and LP Nguen amulets. The accident happened on November 10, 2015 at 11.45 a.m. When a car of Mr.Prayong aged 46, a taxi driver stopped in the red light. Then a truck hit the back and pushed his car into the bus. His car was crushed. Half of it got under the bus and the back was pushed by the truck like a crushed can!
It banged and people were shocked. No one thought he was alive. Shortly after that, people helped him get off. Fortunately, he was safe and no passenger in the car. That taxi driver was admited to the hospital. His chin and hands were damaged and hip bone moved but not serious. When the press asked the taxi driver how he could survive, he said maybe LP Thuad and LP Nguen amulets he wore protected him.
