Devasathan (Brahmin Temple) in Bangkok
Commonly called Brahmin Temple, King Rama I ordered the Dhevasathan built in 1784 to be used for holding Brahmin rites and ceremonies. This temple comprises of 3 Thai-styled brick and mortar buildings, on the left hand side is the shrine of Shiva, inside which the bronze image of Shiva in the blessing posture is contained.
